I ran cross country and track for Yorkville High School (1994-1998) and North Central College (1998-2002).  Now I coach cross country and track at the junior high level.  I enjoy the occaisional 5K or a half marathon.  I just bought a triathlon bike so I am going to gives tri's a try.
